The present conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by La Tribu des Trop'gnons (Amandine JACOB, Micro entrepreneur with the n° SIREN : 750 413 635 RM95 / 750 413 635 00046) and on the other hand, by any physical or moral person wishing to proceed to a purchase via the Internet site https://www.la-boutique-des-tropgnons.fr
Object
The present conditions of sale aim at defining the contractual relations between La Tribu des Trop'gnons and the purchaser and the conditions applicable to any purchase carried out by the means of the commercial site of La boutique des Trop'gnons, that the purchaser is professional or consumer. The acquisition of a good through the present site implies an acceptance without reserve by the buyer of the present conditions of sale.
Characteristics of the goods offered
La Tribu des Trop'gnons is a French micro-company offering the sale of handmade creations. Most of these products are unique pieces. The photographs on the site are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, especially with regard to colors (different computer screens).
Prices
The prices listed on the site are prices for which VAT is not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI. La Tribu des Trop'gnons reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood however that the price appearing on the website the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

- INTERNATIONAL SUITE LETTER up to 100 gr = 5.48 € TTC
- INTERNATIONAL POSTAL LETTER up to 250 gr = 9.98 € TTC
Large objects over 3 cm thick (figurines, bells ...)
- MONDIAL RELAIS starting at 4.55 €.
- COLISSIMO SUIVI INTERNATIONAL up to 250 gr = 12.90 € TTC
- COLISSIMO SUIVI INTERNATIONAL up to 1 kg = 15.95 € TTC
The shipment of your orders can take time; the post office being open only in the mornings from Tuesday to Saturday with sometimes exceptional closures (village post office). We do our best to ensure that the wait is not too long.
Geographical area
The sale of products from La boutique des Trop'gnons is reserved for buyers who reside in France / Europe, but for an international shipment (for example United States), you can contact me directly
PAYMENT
Methods of payment accepted : Paypal / CB Payplug / Bank transfer
For international payments, please contact me directly
All the data provided and the recorded validation will be worth proof of the transaction. The RIB will be sent to you by email after confirmation of the order.
The customer will be obliged to pay the invoice related to his order, whatever the chosen method of payment. La Tribu des Trop'gnons will not be held responsible in any case of avarice of your factor or your neighborhood and will not proceed to any refunding
Each order is sent FOLLOW-UP (proof of deposit)
Withdrawal
The customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of payment (for an order made directly on the online store, for creations in stock).
Payment deadline: 30 days maximum. Beyond that, the order will be cancelled.
ATTENTION, SPECIFIC CASE FOR A PERSONALIZED ORDER or a PRE-ORDER: No cancellation and no refund will be made after payment
Damaged products
Polymer clay is fragile, we will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the post office.
No refunds or reproduction will not be made. However, do not hesitate to ask us for advice on the glue to use.
We strive to use quality materials, packaging adapted and very secure (bubble wrap, cardboard, air bags to wedge the creations) and remain attentive to your remarks or disappointments.
Customize
The orders of personalized creations, all categories included, will remain unique pieces, exclusive if the idea comes from yourself (not previously imagined by the creator).
Example: your pet, etc...
The variations of characters imagined beforehand by the creator can be brought to be reproduced.
They are neither cancelable nor refundable.
